Glimpse of the Blog Sale by Ritika

As promised in the last post that I would be doing a blog sale for my friend soon, I am here with the glimpse of the products being offered in the sale :)

Other than the products displayed in the picture there are some perfumes, shower gels, hand cream, body deo also. A few products have been used, a few have only been swatched & a few are as good as new.

I would also like to know from all of you as to what day you would want the sale to take place. The reason why I am asking this is as a lot of people prefer it during the weekdays & a lot prefer during the weekends. So now you decide when do you want the sale to take place.

Will be looking forward to your suggestions :) How does Friday (25th March 2011) evening 5 PM sound like ??

Twist Eye Lip Palette

Most of you who have seen the Holi Flyer would have noticed the Twist Eye Palette being offered at 65 % discount and this is how it looks.

Includes 4 eye-shadows and 2 lip gloss(one with glitter). With double-ended applicator - 1 sponge tip for eyes and 1 brush for lips.

My first thought when I looked at the packaging was that its too saprkly & a bit too much for my eyes however once I got to open the sparkly silver cover I was totally in love with the Twist Eye Lip Palette. The top panel can be twisted in 360 degree and has a mirror which is very handy when you have to apply/freshen up your look on your way out of work or on the move. The size & the packaging of the product makes it very travel friendly & you can have it in your purse all the time. I would say worth every single penny if you can ignore the bit tacky cover.

Cost : ~~Rs. 1590/-~~ Rs. 549 (plus you can get consultant discount bringing the cost to Rs. approx Rs. 450/-)

Luckily this is one the products which is still available from the flyer. So if your are thinking about ordering one, please please do it right away or else you will not find it in stock. My take on the dual collection is that it is a good product for the price it is being offered at. I have never been a lover of cream eye shadows as they tend to crease and rub off. I would definitely buy the lip gloss & the lipsticks again and the eye duo for the beautiful liner colors. I got them at a steal price of Rs. 130 each and that is why I got all the shades of the lip duo & eye duo.
